Sheila A. Harrington, Esq.
A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Sheila has been working in
the legal field since 1986. Sheila began her legal career as a secretary,
working full-time for a real estate attorney while attending Rhode
Island College and Roger Williams University School of Law.
Since being admitted to practice law Sheila's primary focus has
been on real property. The main areas of her practice include all
facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions; from
reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements; preparing
lease agreements, researching and reviewing titles to property;
title insurance matters; financing and condominium conversions.
In her free time Sheila spends time playing golf, biking, relaxing
at the beach and traveling.

Christopher P. Rhodes, Esq.
After having practiced for 12 years in Vermont, Chris made the
move to Rhode Island in January of 2002. His main areas of practice
include all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including
title insurance matters. His practice also includes entity formation,
acquisition, financing, permitting, construction law, leasing and
sales of residential and commercial properties. Chris represents
many small businesses, individuals, lending institutions and title
insurance companies.
Chris was born in Palmer, Massachusetts and was raised in Rutland,
Vermont where his parents, siblings and their families continue
to reside.
When not practicing law Chris enjoys traveling, golf, skiing, and
spending time at the ocean in his newly adopted state.
